Let me preface this by explaining that I live in FAYETTEVILLE NC, I bought my Audi in South Carolina and my F 450 in Florida. However I purchased my ZX 14R in Raleigh NC from TPS Raleigh. You may ask, well why do all of that traveling when there is are Audi dealers in NC as well as Ford dealers. Not to mention a Kawasaki dealer right there in Fayetteville, Simple.....CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've since been on the prowl for an NEW ZX14R and in the event I pull the trigger, it's a done deal at TPS Raleigh. I went to look at a bike and the staff was courteous and professional, I spoke with Andrew Mitchel who was more than helpful. Didn't beat me over the head and try to force the bike down my throat. Listened to my concerns and AVAILED HIMSELF. He has also done a superb job on the follow up. THIS IS WHAT EARNS AND KEEPS CUSTOMERS!! It pleased me greatly to be able to write a glowing review, the last two were SCATHING.
